In-Store Policies

  • Bring your dancer! Dance shoes fit very differently than regular street shoes and every brand and style within each brand fit differently too! A proper fit is vital for your dancer’s performance and to help prevent injury, even in toddlers and recreational dancers!
  • If you are unable to bring or send your dancer in for a fitting, bring either their last pair of dance shoes they’ve just grown out of or a pair of street shoes of theirs that fit snugly (the pair they’ve just grown out of works best!)
  • It is recommended that your dancer also wear whatever socks/tights that they regularly wear to class, for a fitting. We have try-on tights and socks available to use as well. All Try-on tights and socks are used once and machine washed and dried for sanitization.
  • Face coverings are mandatory for all that enter our store. Please help us respect each other!
  • Please sanitize your hands on entry and leaving our shop
  • Only one family is allowed inside at a time. We have a very small space to work in and we are unable to keep the recommended 6 feet distance between customers with more than one family in the store. This also allows us to sanitize our fitting area and surfaces between each visitor for the cleanest experience for everyone
  • We have had to reduce our Open hours during these trying times. If you are unable to visit us during store hours, after hours appointments are always available, just email us at [email protected] to arrange a time!

Contact-Free Pickup Policies

  • Orders that are completed online have the option of contact-free pickup at our shop.
  • All Pickup orders will be ready for pickup within 24 hours.
  • When your order is ready for pickup please visit our store at 134 London St. South, Hamilton. Your order will be waiting inside a marked Pickup Bin on our porch. Pickup is available 24/7 after your order is ready!
  • Please sanitize your hands with the sanitizer provided at our door before and after using our pickup bins

Shipping Policies

  • Shipping fees are a flat rate charge of $14.99 CAD for delivery within Canada and the US
  • Orders over $99 (before taxes and after discounts) are eligible for free shipping
  • Shipping within Canada is provided by Canada Post Regular Parcel Service. Estimated delivery time of 2-10 business days depending on the remoteness of the receiver’s location
  • Shipping to the USA is provided by Canada Post Tracked Packet Service, in cooperation with USPS. Estimated delivery time of 4-12 business days, depending on the remoteness of the receiver’s location
  • We only ship within Canada and the US at the moment

Return Policies

  • Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of sale
  • All tights and undergarments are final sale.
  • All merchandise marked “Clearance” is final sale
  • Returns are accepted on unworn dancewear, shoes and accessories only unless the return is due to manufacturing defect.
  • Returns will be processed as either a refund of the purchase price or exchange for the same value for both in store and online purchases.
  • In Store returns are accepted any time during business hours. No appointment necessary.
  • Return shipping for exchanges and refunds of online orders is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to manufacturing defect
